ClosedAI recreates the ChatGPT app shell — sidebar, chat bubbles, composer bar — pixel for pixel, then fills it with a hand-curated, sourced timeline of OpenAI's lawsuits, outages, executive exits, and PR fires since 2023. Each incident renders as an assistant message in an endless fake conversation, complete with category tags, an auto-generated event page per incident, and a running incident counter. Built as a design exercise in cloning a familiar product's UI language to deliver long-form satire backed by real, cited sources.

Trovr shows one clearly-labeled sponsored card — inside a mascot-driven widget — only during the idle window while a supported AI is generating a response, then pays users real money for impressions, clicks, and completed views via Stripe cash-out. The extension's only signal into the page is a boolean "is generating," so it never reads prompt or response content. A companion Next.js/Convex web app handles accounts, cash-out, an advertiser/admin dashboard with campaign analytics, and an AI sprite-generation tool for custom mascots.

It's production infrastructure, not a template — live Stripe checkout and webhooks, Supabase auth and Postgres, a credits-based booking system that never expires, transactional email, and QR-based kiosk check-in.
